what should i do with this one? bad hatch?

i had one hatch today and something is hanging what looks like from it stomach what should i do ? should i cut it off or put it down?

If that is bloody the yolk sac did not absorb. Did you help it hatch?

I would cull it. They linger and suffer and then die. It is a cruel way to go.
