Hello My son went and shoveled shavings out of my brooder where mama and her chicks are and their was a little medi food in it and the other big chickens ate it.
Are the eggs still good?

If "a little" means less than a half cup and you have more than four hens, I'd say go for it. The "medication" is to impede cocci growth. I don't think it's a biggie.

it was less than a 1/8 with 27 hens but I only saw afew pecking at it

In another thread I read that the amount of med in the starter is so little that it will not affect the eggs. Some people even feed their hens medicated starter from time to time to help prevent cocci infections.
