What should I do?

This chick is still alive. I moistened the skin. I removed most of the shell. What should I do? Should I also remove the skin? I’m afraid it will start bleeding. It’s been trying since last night.

It’s out now but I’m afraid it didn’t make it. It’s good experience though. All the others came out very fast.
