What should I do?

This is my first time with baby chicks....they are 2.5 weeks old and they are 2 americana and 1 buff.

I noticed that one of them has loose brown stool. Any adivce on what, if anything, I should do to help clear it up would be appreciated.

If it's brown, it's likely cecal fecal. Does it have an odour that can peel paint? Several times a day birds will void two vestigial loops in their digestive tract. It has the consistency of pudding and is horrendously offensive, but totally normal.
If you find blood in the stool, that's cocci.

That is normal, they usually have one of those a day. If you are worried still, just watch them. Make sure they are eating and drinking. Poo changes all the time.
