It's day ten of my girl sitting on these 5 eggs, that aren't hers. If I candle them should I be looking for anything?

There's a really awesome thread with day by day candling photos but I dont have the link. Someone else might.

But yes you'll be looking for a solid shadowy thing to start developing in the pointier end of the egg instead of just a yolk rolling around in there.

And if you have lighter colored eggs you can see the veins of the chick forming, especially around day 10 or 11.

Just remember the more you take them out to candle the higher risk of something happening, just last week I was candling my Blue Ameraucana eggs and my headlight slipped off my cap and broke the egg I was holding

So be careful!
