What should I use to clean chickens’ legs?

What mixture/soap should I use to clean my 10 month old pullets’ legs. I need to get them pullorum tested and the testers require their legs to be clean. I want to make sure I don’t use something harmful, so what should I use? They’re being tested tomorrow morning so please reply quick!

Baby shampoo and water, use an old toothbrush to scrub the legs.

Any shampoo for livestock and use your hand to get the big stuff off and a tooth brush to really get it clean. What breed are the birds?
