My polish rooster is being pecked on the head and the tail fathers and is bleeding and needs something to put on it. Do you have any ideas on what to put on the areas of injured.

Sorry that's happening to your rooster! Maybe try using Blu Kote? I've used it on a few hens and it stops other birds from pecking at bleeding/red spots. My only warning is that this stuff stains EVERYTHING! Put on old clothes and gloves if you apply it and don't expect the blue stain to come off your bird for months and months. I didn't think people were serious about how badly this stuff stains until I used it and looked like I had tattooed hands.

Determining the cause of why he is being picked on would be in order - do you have other roosters? Are the hens picking on him, etc.?

Flush his wounds with saline and apply some Vetericyn or triple antibiotic ointment.
Polish chickens can suffer severe head trauma by a peck to the head so you may want to separate him out - you can place him in a wire dog kennel so everyone can still see him if you don't have separate housing for him.
