What sort of chicken am I? Male or female?

I got this as a egg, and have forgotten who or where I got it. The tail feathers are forked almost like a snake's tongue. Only one I have like this.

They do favor don't they. This one I have has plenty of personality. The tail is wheat was throwing me.
