What Sort of Question Should I ask a Breeder? - Seeking Answers from a Breeder to Ensure a Quality H

Hi all,

In another thread I started yesterday I was advised to buy from a breeder. I found this person's advertisement on Craigslist and he sells 2mo pullets for $15. Before visiting his farm, I would like to ask him a few questions over the phone. What sort of questions should I ask him? Thanks for your help!

How about - How long have you been breeding? Do you keep breeds separate? Have you had any birds sicken or die recently? Do you vaccinate your chicks?

Look at the place, is it clean? Do the birds look healthy?
