What temp for shrink wrap?

Had to help a chick. Everything was going SO good until this guy. Humidity dropped to 60%. Anyone know at what % of humidity causes shrink wrap? Of course I'm paranoid about the rest of them.

for lockdown I would put humidity higher, I'm not sure if there is a set temp for shrink wrap to happen

For lock down they are at 75% humidity. Its when I had to help a chick that it got down to 60%; I was wondering if there is a % limit before shrink wrap.
