WHAT THE HECK IS THIS...

I keep all my roosters from the hens and just noticed this on 2 of them no sure how bad it is, what it is, and how to prevent this.. Also do I need to terminate there life's for the safety of the rest ?

Please post your photos at once, at "Emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread. This looks to me like some bad skin infection possibly aggravated by maggots. Are your hens pecking at each other? I would wait for expert opinions before doing anything rash but, would have her separated from your others, in case this is contagious.
