She's very lethargic, found her sitting in a nesting box. She's also very warm and has leakage from her vent. How can we help her?

Edit, in case it helps:

She's a buff orpington.
She was fine yesterday.
She's always been on the skinny side.
The feathers on her belly are pretty much gone. That's new to us, but we don't make a habit of turning our chickens upside down to check.

Is it possible for you to post a picture of her? @Eggcessive?
Thank you! I ended up finding a few websites with recommendations that meshed so we tried them. We sat her in a warm epsom salt bath and then with a gloved hand, tried to empty her vent out as much as possible. We also gave her poultry drench (I think that's what it's called). She did have a bit in her and overnight eliminated a lot more. She's so much better today! The color is back in her comb and she's no longer lethargic. I'd say she's 60% back to normal. Her personality isn't quite there--and she's got a big, bully personality which takes up a good part of who she is.

We'd had eggs with very very thin shells and I suspected this girl is the one laying them. My concern is what happens next? She gets the same feed as everyone else but it's just her shells that are so weak. The feed we use includes oyster shell.

I'm so glad she's feeling better! Make sure to provide the oyster shell/crushed eggshells free-choice, meaning in a separate container all day so that your chickens can get as much or as little as they need. You can also put liquid vitamin D3 in their water, making sure to provide fresh, plain, water as well. There is also liquid medicine that can be used to improve egg strength.

Thank you! She's even better still this afternoon and was just released from quarantine. What's the medicine for stronger eggs?
