What to do now?

So my chicken is pretty much crippled she can barely stand on her own and can't walk she still is bright and eats/drinks and even lays eggs she is breathing harder then usual I assume it's from pressure on her lungs will that kill her? What should I do?

We had to put our girl, Amber, down because we were worried it could be contagious and she was showing no improvement.
I would suggest checking for signs of physical injury, vitamin or nutrition problems, or other causes first. If she shows no progress towards getting better, she probably won't live a good life and euthanizing may be the best option. It is your own choice to make, and it can be a hard one.
