What to do? Poor rooster is getting beat up.

One of my little bantam roosters started mounting the ladies. They gave him a beat him down so I pulled him out. It's been a couple days and my other little bantam boy has started mounting the ladies. They are pecking him and beating him up now. He is an OEGB and he's only about 3 months old. To be fair, he starts it. He holds them down by the neck and then the others rush to help the one he is trying to harm. Do I let them work it out or do I remove him? Putting him in an isolation cage just makes him beat himself up.

I need advice!

All new chickens get pecked. Hence, the pecking order. Let them sort it out. Unless they are injuring him or drawing blood.
