What to do when they hatch??? :(

I have 2 hens that are setting on a total of 15 eggs. What do I do when they start hatching??? Leave them with mom?? Take them and put them in a separate, safer area?? Right now the other chickens {2 more hens and a rooster} have access to where the they are setting. ANY suggestions would be great and appreciated. The only experience I have with chickens so far is the much hated feeding and cleaning I had to do as a teen at my parents. They never let the hens hatch any.

It would be best to pen the mamas and babies away from the other chickens. I sometimes leave mine in with the others and they do fine, but there have been horror stories of other chickens killing babies. Other than separating them just make sure there is food and water where they can reach it...mama will do the rest!
