What to do with chicks in incubator?

Ok so I'm watching the eggs hatch in the incubator, so far 2 have and one is working on it. When do I open to get them out, I've read that if you open when a chick is unzipping it will shrink wrap the membrane, what do I do to get hatched ones out?

Leave them in the incubator until the others hatch. They should be good for at least 24 hours.

Yep, just leave them be. They'll flop and flail around but they'll be fine. They don't need to eat or drink for 2-3 days.
