what to do with hen and chicks?

I had a Broody hen so i let her hatch two chicks they are living in same coop with others but seperated . Will this cause the others to go broody?

Not in my experience.... I've had 14 hens in one coop with two broody hens separated from the others and raising their chicks. They were all in the same coop. None of the other hens went broody.

thanks. any tips on feeding ? i was going to make a small "roof cover" to keep momma from eating the starter and put her food up high (without calcium )

The hen can eat whatever the chicks are eating. She'll probably give them some of her food, so give them all the same. As long as it's not layer food!
