What to do with the roosters in a hatch?

What does everyone do with the roosters in a hatch? Give them away, eat them? Also, If one wants a rooster, do they find one the same age as the hens from different parentage? Or do people keep a rooster from the same hatch for their hens? Thanks in advance, this is my first adult venture in chickens!

Asking that question to this group of people will be like asking politicians in Washington DC how to solve a problem. Everyone will have an answer from providing a quality life for every bird to culling them.
Personally, I try to raise enough Ro's and one time to make butchering worth while. For me that's around 5. Less than that is so much hassle for for what you get.

Yes find a different rooster to cover your hens and sure if you dont want them for the frezzer get them away for a profit or you can breed them to some more hens its up to you
