What to feed 2 month old laying hens?

Our feed store sold us grower feed for our 2 month old Rhode Island reds and Columbian Rocks, is it the right food for their age?

I keep mine on it for at least a month after they start laying while giving them crushed oyster shells on the side. I feel since the young pullets are still growing they need the higher protein.
