What to feed dove?

Anyone know what i could feed this dove?And maybe know around what age it is.I do know they eat crop milk but should it still be fed milk I do have pigeon milk powder that I can feed it or should it eat something else.I heard chick crumble started is good to give with a mix of seed but I’m not sure what it should eat at this age (repost cause I forgot to add a picture of the dove)
