I’m getting ready to integrate my pullets (10 weeks old) in with my layers in the next couple weeks. Currently I’m feeding Nature Wise 16% layer crumbles and I mix in some of their Feather Fixer in with it 18% they have access to grit and eggshells and oyster shells. My pullets are on a medicated starter feed right now. I’ve seen where people use the “all flock” by Nature Wise for birds of different ages, is this the way to go with egg shells and oyster shell on the side? I have a hen who only eats wet feed because she has an injured beak, she can’t eat oyster shell well, but she does gobble down crushed cooked egg shells to keep her calcium up do you think she’d be okay on the all flock feed?

I would save all the eggshells for her until your pullets are laying and she's back on a Layer feed.
All-Flock doesn't have enough Calcium if she's laying. Or just feed her a Layer feed. GC

Okay good deal. Yes, she’s laying she’s my best layer I’ve ever had. I just know the little ones need less calcium so I think this will be the best option for all of them. ? I might could supplement her with layer feed in the evenings when they are all free ranging.
