What to feed my chicks

hello all, I have 8 chickens almost 12 weeks old now. They recently just finished a 50 lb bag of chick starter/grower. What should I feed them now? Layer feed?

Grower is fine. Don't give them Layer until they are laying. If you just want to change, you can get Flock Raiser (also called All Flock). It can be given to chickens of any age and is great if you end up with a mixed flock. You'd just need to add calcium of some kind like from oyster shells to help the layers on the side. Good luck.
