Hi and welcome to BYC!
Are your hens of laying age? If so, you'll do well to feed them layer feed.
The usual feeding program goes something like this:
Hatch to 6 to 8 weeks - starter feed (medicated or if you prefer, unmedicated)
8 weeks to laying age - grower
In some places seperate grower is not available, in which case you feed the starter/grower until 18 to 20 weeks.
18 to 20 weeks or when you get your first egg - switch them to layer feed.
It's a good idea to offer oyster shell for laying hens as a calcium supplement.
ETA: There's a treat chart at the top of the feeding and watering category to give you an idea of some extras and/or leftovers that your chickens would enjoy.
