What to not feed quail/quail treats

What should I Never feed my quail? and what should I totally feed my quail when they get a bit older like treats they will love đź’•
 
Avocado is the big one to avoid with birds.

Quail love things like budgie seed as a treat as well as sprouts such as alfalfa and sunflowers. Ours love Swiss Chard and clover. Any greens should be enjoyed by them. You can cook egg for them and offer it mashed. Insects/mealworms are always enjoyed too.
