what to vaccianate my chicks for marek's how,where,when

has anyone vaccianted their own chicks raised at home?
my broody hen just hatched

5 chicks on saturday. i would like to vacciante them. but how is it done? where can i find the serum? and does anyone have a book or some kind of reference to this process.

typically this vaccine is given in the egg. I'm not sure how it would be given now - maybe in some feed?
