I've been reading different articles on incubating eggs and have come to a problem. It is said to leave the new hatchlings in the incubator till they are dry and fluffy. I've also read to have them a solid place to walk. Now, how can you have an egg turner in the incubator with eggs in it and at the same time have anything other than the eggs turner for them to walk on when they hatch? I watched mine just flop around in the eggs slots which was not good. What do all y'all do in this case?

my egg turner comes out when they go into lockdown. do you have a staggered hatch? is that why you're keeping the egg turner in there? if the egg turner is on, the little guys can get hurt. even if its off, they can get themselves into "predicaments"...lol. so i would definately take it out next time.

Now that's something I haven't heard. Nobody has ever said to take it out. I didn't but it was off.

I'll know next time.

Thanks
