What TSC breed /type are these? Need to submit county fair forms this week!

I agree, Easter Egger pullet. Pretty one, too.

At this county fair, what category do they have for her? If Ameraucana, she would be disqualified, though many county fairs are much more lax/casual with their categories and judging.

same bird, showing green legs, I'm sure it's an americana but what type? Pic below showing green legs:

Many hatcheries sell EE as 'Americanas, Ameraucanas', but in reality they are crossbred chickens carrying the blue/green egg laying gene. Trust speckledhen and me. She does not meet the breed specifications for any of the Ameraucana varieties. Sorry, but that is a fact.

I can't tell what kind the white with read marks is, above.

Our fair is pretty lenient, so the first pullet (EE) will probably "fly" as an Americana.

Depends on your fair's rules, really.

No, Ameraucanas do not have green legs. They have slate legs. She is definitely what the hatcheries sell as Ameraucana (incorrectly sometimes spelled Americana) or even worse, the more rare Araucana, neither of which they do sell, but she is an Easter Egger pullet.

This thread is wonderful for its discussion of the differences between Ameraucanas, Araucanas and what all the hatcheries sell, the Easter Eggers: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=128806
