What type of birds are these? (Not chicken, quail, duck, or goose!)

Hello!
I'm doing a drawing in my art class at school. My teacher had a box of pictures for us to choose from. I chose a picture of 2 adorable little birds perching on a tree branch. The picture was cut from a calendar. They are very cute and I'd like to know what type they are.

I know this is a chicken website, not a tropical bird website. But do any of you possibly know what type of birds these are?
