What type of duck is this

I have a black duck with white wings and black tail feathers. Its head has black and white speckles on it too.When it walks its shoulders go up and down. Something I have never seen before! It's tail feathers are fan-like. It resembles a Muscovie but is not an exact match. I have had muscovies before and he definitely is not a full muscovie.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. I will try to get a good pic of him.

I'm not sure, I would need a picture. But black-and-white ducks can be Magpie, Ancona, or Muscovy. I think it sounds the most like a Magpie. There might be other breeds that come in black and white that I have not seen, though.
