I need to pick up a new bag of food and next month we'll be getting three new 8 week old chicks. Our existing flock is three ~22 week chicks that are about to start laying. Since there is no way to separate them I'll need food that they both can eat, what do you recommend?

As said feed them the chick starer/grower with a side of oyster shells until they are are laying... Once they are all laying you can switch to a layer feed (if you only have hens) and/or you can switch them to an 'all flock' feed with a side of oyster... The 'all flock' with a side of oyster will work fine for both laying birds and mixed flocks with roos, layer feed should be avoided when you have roos as it forces the roos to consume too much calcium...
