I am curious what the best chicken or turkey was that you ever ate. Where did it come from? What kind of diet did it eat? What kind of life it had?
The best chicken I had was from White Oak Pastures when they were doing their own poultry program which they discontinued. It was the corn and soy free chicken. It was a little tough but it had the most flavor of any chicken I've had. I believe they said it had a diet of crab meal, wheat, peas and some other stuff I can't remember.
