A baby nibbled on her feathers too much?
Trying to be momma goose here...

hahahaha...

My Henry does that- pinches my neck, my arms, pulls my hair..
he is getting stronger/bigger and it hurts!

I think she would HONK loudly if they were too rough!

**honks awkwardly at Binka**

Haha, thankfully she does not go for skin. The few times she has, she gets an, "OUCH! No skin!" cry from mommy.

As for my hair, she does not nibble it... she EATS it then panics when she cannot swallow it more than halfway.
Then I end up having to drag a wad of hair (still well attached to my head) out of a gosling's throat.

She did this for a good three or four hours today.
I think she learned how uncomfortable it is... she stopped by herself LOL

(well, maybe the creepy honk helped too)

Henry does that! He like eats my hair like a spaghetti noodle and very fast- and I have to pull it out of his mouth/throat/stomach...intestinal tract...lol...all the while it is still attached to my head, and comes out wet, tangled and gross. lol
Drives me nuts. really.

I have very long hair that I wear in a ponytail but I have side pieces that dont go in the ponytail. He is fast fast fast.

Right now he is refusing to let it be bedtime.

I heard ya there! I know once I roll over on my side to sleep, Balbinka will be wide awake and letting me know that,

"I SAW THAT I KNOW YOU ARE THERE DO NOT IGNORE ME WOMAN!"

Now is a good time to correct this behavior to assure the gosling that you are dominant or next year we will hear about how your geese are attacking and flogging you during the breeding season.

shave your head??

Or just give her a light pinch on the back of her neck when she does it, just show her that you're the boss and you're annoyed. That's what my ducks do to each other, but it doesn't really stop my ducklings from being annoying hahaha

This thread was intended to be more of a joke than anything, but thank you for the advice!
I'll take all the advice I can get.
I have indeed been working with her on the crying with tough love. It has been working so far. And for the nibbling hair, she stopped on her own.
