What would I get? Blue vs. BLRW

I've had blue and blr wyandottes for 4 years now my blrw rooster hurt his leg and had to be culled. Looking for new blrw rooster. But if I can't find one what would I get out of this cross? Kind of new to this but enjoy every ones advice.

By crossing a blue cock to BLR hens you should get pullets that are mostly solid colored and cockerels that have lacing. If you mate them back to a BLR you should get atleast 50% if not more laced birds. As you should know you will get the black, blue, and splash from that mating.

i don't have these, but i am betting you'd atleast loose the lacing on the feathering on the offspring......
