What would the offspring be?

My knowledge of the white/pied/white-eyed/silver-pied complex is not nearly as extensive as that of Deerman, BUT, having read his posts, I can say unequivocally "it depends."

The reason is that white causes an absence of color. The color mutations, like Purple, Bronze, Opal, etc. affect pigment and/or feather structure, to result in a change in color from blue to whatever. White removes pigment, so if a Bronze peafowl also has two copies of the White gene, it will be white, even though it is genetically Bronze. If an Opal peafowl also has two copies of the white gene, it will be white. Thus unless you know the background of the bird, you won't know what color it WOULD have been if it didn't have two copies of the White gene which basically erased everything from showing up in the feathers. It's sort of like painting a wall (the color mutations) and then turning off the light (the White mutation). Yeah, the paint is still there, but with the light turned off, you can't see what color it is.

If you don't care about the color and want to know how many offspring will be pied, or silver-pied, or white-eyed, etc....again, "it depends." This is because the white could also have the genes for one of those patterns, all of those patterns, or none of those patterns. Because it has two copies of White, it's all blocked from being visual. To properly answer your question, Deerman will have to ask you what you know about the parents of your white peafowl. Since many white peafowl come from breeding for silver-pied, yours might have those genes. But it could just as easily have come from parents without those genes.

AquaEyes is correct depend on the parents of the white, also i guess your silver pied is a blue ,as silver pied comes in many colors.

White (from silver pied) x silverpied= whites and silverpieds

White (from pied)x silver pied =whites and pieds

both should be 50% of each over a large number

Also counting you white as a blue
