Same to start with except not be broke.
If money were no issue, I'd buy a small place in Aspen or Steamboat Springs CO, Sundance, Utah or Jackson Hole, Wyoming to get my USA ski fix in winter and rent it out most of the year. For my Euro ski fix, I'd rent a month alternating years between Zermatt, Swiss Alps and Andorra in the Pyrenees.
Most of the rest of the year I'd spread my time between canoeing in the Ozarks and white water rafting and surfing in Costa Rica where I'd live high on a volcano where it's cool year round raising Colloncas, Penedesencas, Quetros and Araucanas to develop the first deep orange egg laying, non-crowing, heat hardy, predator proof, friendly chicken for the USA urban market. While there I'd kayak and hike the Talamancas from the Caribbean to the Pacific and back.
Every chance I got I'd volunteer my time all over the world expanding to fluency in 8 or more languages rather than conversational in 4. Especially volunteer for wildlife preservation and community service in Latin America and Africa bringing solar/wind/geothermal and clean water to small villages.
I'd probably die a happy man.
