What's a "red partridge?"

We bought three new chicks today and were told they were:

1) Delaware - white
2) Partridge - Red
3) Golden Laced Wyandottes

Any input on these would be very much appreciated. I'm particularly curious about the second, as I've not heard of it.

Partridge is a color..... do they have feathered feet? It is a popular Cochin color.

could also be a partridge rock, it is a common heavy breed variety at hatcheries.
