What's best way to get rid of weasels?

HELP! I have had 2 of my beloved hens killed within 2 days and I believe it is a weasel since nothing else could possibly fit in the tightly kept chicken house and run. When I have found both hens it was almost exactly the same scene. Head severed and entrails pulled out of the back end. I don't want to lose anymore of my hens so any help will be greatly appreciated.
