Whats Bugging my Stright Run

HELP ! something's Bugging my Chickens. I noticed several of them scratching out in the run. when I was checking the red Turken . . . ( turned it over to see the Bum area trying to tell if Pullet or Cockerel ) I noticed a few creepy crawly Tick like bugs, they were black in middle and clear around that. What can I do. what is D E,

Found the answer : MITES : \

* mites are Horrid this year due to the mild warm winter.*

Used DE ( 2 parts to 8 parts AP sand ) In dirt Bath, and Coop,
mixed on clean Coop floor, checked where roost meets wall as well as for spider looking webs.
