What's going on with my barred rock?!

I have a year and a half barred rock who looks WEIRD, and I need to know what's going on. She has lost all of her neck feathers and they aren't growing back, she has clumped up poo around her butt and is starting to lose the feathers around the vent. She also has a red spot (I am assuming it's sore) on her chest. All of these issues have been going on for about two months. If anyone can give me some incite I would greatly appreciate it.

First off, I don't think she looks weird. Could she be starting her adult molt? If she has poo blocking her vent, you need to wash it off so she can pass them more easily. Have you ever treated her for worms? Or checked her over thoroughly for mites or lice. What is her poo like otherwise, runny, watery, what....?

Do you have other birds that are pecking out her feathers? Or a rooster that is overbreeding her?
