Duck head wound?

3 day old rehab duckling. What's going on with its head?...that isn't a bot fly larvae is it?

Yep, that's what I did. Luckily no parasitic larvae, just filled with pus. Pic was originally taken while I was still at work, got him properly cleaned up when I got home.
