What's in my poop?

So my hen, 1.75 years old is in the house since November and has been on antibiotics, yeast infection medicine and is finally looking and acting good, except she is not laying eggs yet and she pooped out this fleshy, squishy things. First picture is how the poop looked, second is after I squished the things in it and third is me finding another one in the poop. Is this a worm, parasite or something else and how do I treat it.

It looks to be lash egg material from salpingitis, inflammation of the oviduct. Antibiotics early may or may not help. Here is some reading about it:
