I have three chicks that were supposed to be pullets, but one has slightly different coloring and isn't quite as feathered as the rest... I was wondering I can tell if he starts crowing or if it's normal chick churps.
They're about 4 weeks old. Two have long tail feathers, the third has short tail feathers and has white bands on his wings that the others don't (they're black australorps).
I don't see much of a waddle or redness in the comb, but i'm still holding out before i find out if I need to give him a new home....
