Whats the best incubator?

I wanna buy an incubator because my homemade one isn't working very good anymore. I only want to spend about $40, and I only want to set like a dozen or so eggs so it doesn't have to be a big one. any recommendations?

A broody hen really is the best. I am replacing my styro bator with a brinsea today. For the price you want to spend I would stick with your homemade one.
