What's the funniest chicken related thing that's ever happened to you?

Here's mine:

A few months ago, I was at my dad's. I dreamed that I hatched an egg by cuddling it. In my dream, after it hatched, I carefully placed it on my pillow to carry it downstairs to put it under a heat lamp. Guess what happened. Yep, I woke up on the stairs holding my pillow very carefully. My stepmom was rather concerned.

''Ev, are you ok?''
''Uh, yeah, I'm fine. Just... getting a glass of water!''

Growing up on a farm I thought I knew it all and saw it all but not my lil brother... He was in 4H he was about 12 or so. He had 3 of the most beautiful RIR birds. They were all young roosters. One night a week before the fair my older brother who is 10 years older than my lil brother came over after my lil bro went to bed and for at least four nights he was putting nice big brown eggs in the nest boxes in the roosters coop. My lil brother was so happy to find he had all hens and no roos. He went to fair and entered his 3 lovely birds and had pictures of the 3 hens with a few eggs. Well he about killed all of us when he found his birds were after all roos and he was diqualified because of the wrong sex. He was teased so much for years. Now some 30 years later we still tease him about the laying roosters and we even had his sons thinking roosters laid eggs. We also put goos eggs under the banties but he caught on.
