you've had from your first chick hatching to your last--all within the same batch? Just curious.

I have had as much as a three day span between egg hatching from the same batch. If it goes over four or five, it probably won't hatch.

Well, I am having duck eggs from the same clutch hatch 7 days and 10 days after all the rest hatched.
