how can i know the sex of black rock chicks( black sex-link) , they are 3 weeks now

I just looked in my Mcmurray catalog and it says the females are black with gold hackle and breast feathers and the males are black with white barring.

if their black sex linked they will have gold on them if they are pullets. Roos have white
