What's this...?

Hi,
I've now found 2 of these (pic below) in different eggs from my hens!!
Can anyone tell me what it is? My Hens all look healthy. They are only 30 weeks old and all are laying one egg a day!
I'm a novice to keeping chickens and have no idea about this!!

If they are inside the egg they are probably really big meat spots. http://www.thepoultrysite.com/publications/1/egg-quality-handbook/29/meat-spots
