Her wings are droopy. She can flap them. She moves very slow. Sometimes she just stands or sits and does nothing. No wounds. No ticks or mites. No bloody stools. Her neck looks sort of droopy too. She eats and drinks water, but not like a normal hen does. Is she going to die?

Ive had 1 other hen die and a rooster with the same symptoms. They were sad and droopy one day, then dead the next. I didnt even get to figure out what went on. We have not gotten new hens. We have not moved them.

I have tried to figure it out but...

Please help? :(

I don't want to alarm you, but there is a possibility that they could have botulism. It comes from eating a decayed carcass (animal or fish) even as small as a mouse or maggots or vegetation that has been without air. The first symptoms can be death, but they will start to have weakness then paralysis in the feet and legs, which progresses upward to the wings then neck then eyelids before death. The more of the botulinum toxin they get, the more likely they will die. If they haven't ingested much they should survive. If a bird survives for 2 days, they may get better with good supportive care. Here is some reading: http://www.thepoultrysite.com/diseaseinfo/19/botulism
