Whats up with this

I saw an advertisement for some chicks and eggs i was looking for (nobody on here). It is 3 hours from me so i thought if they had any i could just go pick them up. I sent them an email and asked if they had any eggs or chicks for sale and also asked what colors they had and what color the eggs were. I get an email back saying no we dont have anything. That was it no thanks for inquiring or if somthing comes available well let u know. I thought it was kinda funny so i sent another email using a diffrent address and asked if they had any so and so chicks or eggs. I did not ask any other questions. I got an email back and they said yes they do. Well that ended that. I decieded not to even bother with them. I thought i was kinda odd that they didn't have anything when i asked alot of questions and with no questions asked they had some.

That's very odd. Guess they don't want to move their stock too badly!

Maby they are selling chickens and they don't know anything about em.Happens sometimes,that they just buy em cheap and turn around and resell em at a profit....
