whats with the naked butt

One of my buttons has a naked butt now as of this morning , wasnt this way on monday when I changed the cage and all that , I thought it was a boy due to the fact it had brownish red feathers around its back and tail area but who knows. Any ideas?

That is one of their faviorte pick on spots

I would pull it and a friend for it and find out who is the picker
